NEO TRAINING

Practice, teach, or advance your expertise in the Classical Pilates method, with 1-on-1 mentorship with a Pilates Master Instructor. The Body Contrology Method, by Joseph Pilates, is a physical program, philosophy, and art form. Your training will be rooted in this method that teaches a multi-dimensional, multi-sensory, creative learning experience.
