JUSTIN COOK is a highly experienced, nationally certified Pilates professional specializing in corrective exercise and Pilates pedagogy. With a degree in dance from the California Institute of the Arts, he is using his skills to help people fall in love with their body, strength building, and mobility as the key to having a vibrant life. With 10+ years of teaching experience under a world-renowned practitioner, Justin understands the craft, impact, and power Pilates has in making life for everyone more comfortable. NEO aims at making this level of quality of life, through the body and strength, more accessible.

YES! We love the Reformer.
However, it’s important to note that you don’t need the Reformer to be successful. All of the equipment used in Pilates is incredibly useful, but it’s important to consider any piece of equipment simply as a tool.
Though the Reformer is a genius piece of equipment it does not make or break one’s greater Pilates practice. The real question of strength and fitness is what you can achieve with your own body. NEO will find the right collection of tools that fit your body and your needs so that you can stand and be strong all on your own.

YES! The NEO approach firmly believes in meeting the client where they are in every possible way, which is why we specialize in at-home sessions.
If you have the equipment that’s great. If not, our team provides the tools to appropriately challenge you to reach your goals, regardless of your fitness level.
We also offer local (to you) studio sessions and virtual sessions.
